Group Organizer w/BBQ- Use for group plans with a meal. Print out the Group Organizer Sheet that helps us collect individual information for the trip(Acrobat PDF 60 kb). |

Floating Release Form- This form is required by all floaters. If under 18 a legal guardian must sign the consent. |

Handouts- Preparation information for your group members. |
| Step 5 |
Brochure- Request our brochure to give to your group members. This will include information that may assist you in completing your Leader Sheet. |
| Step 6 |
Reservations- Once you have called and made your reservation, print and complete all these forms and fax or mail them to us. Payment is required in full prior to your arrival. |
