Rainy Day Raincheck Policy
If it is raining the morning of the float and is still raining at 12:00 noon, you will be issued a rain-check for a future date of your choice based upon availability. The rain-check will be valid for one year from the date issued. If the rain stops before 12:00 noon, no rain checks will be issued. No refunds for early returns.

Safety & Liability
Although we make every effort to assure you have a safe trip canoeing, rafting, kayaking, and horseback riding, these activities may include some personal risk. Participation in these activities is at your own risk. Bass' River Resort does not assume responsibility for personal injury, medical payments, property loss or damage. You will be asked to acknowledge this by signing a liability waiver before your outing begins.

River Trip Information
Particular attention must be paid to private property. Most property along the river's edge is privately owned and is marked with purple paint for no trespassing. Please do not stop or camp on these riverbanks. Missouri water-way regulations forbid cans, bottles, and other trash items to be deposited along streams and rivers. Please utilize the supplied Missouri Conservation approved bags to bring back these items to be properly disposed.

Sanitation
Bass' River Resort makes every effort to provide you with a clean, well-maintained campsite. Please help us maintain the natural beauty of Ozarks River Country by using our dumpsters throughout the campground to deposit your waste. Keep the Ozarks clean. Don't leave trash at your campsite. You may bring your own trash bags or purchase them at our main headquarters. We ask campers to leave their campsite the same way they found it.

Deposit Information
We require a deposit to be paid within 10 days of making the reservation. You may pay with Cash, Personal Check/Check-by-Phone (SS# required), MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express Credit Cards. Deposits on campsites are $35 per campsite. When camping in the family area the $35 will be applied towards the camping fees and if camping in the loud area the $35 will be a site security deposit and will be refunded upon check-out if the campsite is clean. When lodging we require a 50% deposit of the cabin/house that is applied towards lodging balance. A security deposit of $100 on each cabin may be requested upon arrival. All floating reservations must be 100% prepaid in order to guarantee your float. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. We try to honor all requests for specific sites, but do reserve the right to change site numbers.

Check-In
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to office closing for camping and lodging reservations. Floating and horseback riding needs to be at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time. Early check-ins are subject to an Early Check-in Fee and availability of the campsite/lodging unit. Late check-ins must call to make prior arrangements and balance due must be paid in full with the office. Call for closing hours as these vary. Before entry to the resort is permitted, each car and everybody in the car must be registered at the front office.

Check-Out
Check-out for lodging is 11:00 am. Check-out for camping is 2:00 pm. Loud area campers need to check-out with the front office to have site inspected in order to the site security deposit back.

Visitors
There is a visitor fee for guests to enter the resort. The visitor fee is $8 per day per person. Visitor passes must be issued to persons visiting a registered guest. All visitors must sign in and be out by 9:00 pm.

Pets
Pets are allowed in campground and cabins. The pets must be kept on a 10ft maximum length leash at all times and be kept quiet at night. Pets are not allowed to be left alone anytime during the night or day in campground and lodging units.

Quiet Time
Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 6:00 am in the family area and in all lodging areas. Quiet time for the loud area camping is 2:30 am to 6:00 am. Quiet time is strictly enforced.

Site Accommodations
All campsites include a picnic table and fire ring. We have standard sites, water & electric sites and full hookup sites. Our campsites hold anywhere from 8 people up to 40 people. Please request specific accommodations during reservation.
